Shipping & Returns
Our shipping policy indicates all orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. However, given the fact that we are a small business, operated by a small team it sometimes depends on our order volume and could take longer than 5 days. If it has been 5 + business days and you have not received shipping information, please contact us. Remember orders containing both preorder and in stock merchandise do not ship until the preorder items are available. We do not ship partial orders
To track your order go to http://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input and enter the tracking number provided to you.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment/shipping information, your order processing time may be delayed additional business days.
It is possible for packages to get lost or stolen in transit after they have been dropped off to USPS OR UPS carriers or dropped off to the shipping address, unfortunately
HOUSE OF XXII is unable to assist after packages are in the hands of USPS. We advise that you please contact your local post office with your tracking number for assistance with lost or stolen packages and make sure you are always shipping to a secure location.
To file a claim with USPS please go to http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and follow the directions as stated.
HOUSE OF XXII is not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, your order is subject to re-shipping charges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCHANGES DUE TO COVID-19. PLEASE ADVISE ON MEASUREMENTS OF PRODUCTS. IF PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ONCE IN TRANSIT, HOUSE OF XXII IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS.
